Job Purpose:

Provide assistance in the preparation of the monthly management report submission, compile financial data to assist management in developing financial forecasts and modeling the financial impact of business decisions, and perform budgetary variance and ratio analysis.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist in preparation of the monthly management report submissions.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure that financial data are obtained in time for the preparation of monthly reports.
• Prepare simple budgetary variance analysis schedules and analysis.
• Assist management in preparation of annual budgets. latest estimate and strategic plan.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties when required.

Core Skills and Experiences:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Financial or Management Accounting
• Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills (i.e. knowledge of pivot tables, linkages and formulation)
• Experienced in using accounting software (JDE and/or Hyperion Planning) would be advantageous
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Willing to work overtime
• Immediate available is preferred
