Duties :

• Coordinate with all parties (internal & external) of the jobs/orders on hand;

• Consolidate the production schedules of jobs/orders for various workflow;

• Liaise with different departments – Sales Department, Translation Department and Process Management Department to ensure a smooth production operation;

• Making sure the jobs/orders are completed on time and are of good quality to meet customer’s requirements;

• Work closely with supervisors and managers of different departments to implement the company’s policies and objectives

Requirements :

• University graduate with 3 – 4 years’ working experience preferably in financial printing industry, publishers, media or design houses

• Those with exposure in printing industry of commercial products will also be considered

• Multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Energetic, self-disciplined and result-oriented team player

• Excellent inter-personal skills and able to take up new challenges

• Good command of English and Chinese
