- 5-7 years or above merchandising experience in bags products (experience in leather products is preferable)
- Solid experience in materials sourcing & product development, especially for the catalogue of leather & luggage sourcing
- Experience in bag cost breakdown
- Good orders follow up with South and North regions of China
- Good interpersonal skills to contact directly with suppliers
- Trading office background (Manufacturing experience is a plus)
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Frequent travel to China is required
