Requirements:

• At least 2 years solid experience in building portfolio management
• Result-oriented, pleasant character, good presentation skill and can work independently under pressure
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Fast and accurate typing is a MUST
• Outdoor work is necessary and may need to work overtime
• Salary will commensurate with job experience and qualifications
• Immediate reporting duties would be an-added advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer
