Responsibility:

• Maintain day-to-day operations of Concierge
• Provide premier services to tenants / visitors, handling enquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with Management Office on execution of daily operations 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in related discipline; F.7 standard with 2 years relevant experience from customer service / property management
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, pleasant personality and customer service oriented
• Responsible, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision is preferred
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
