Responsibilities:

To handle leasing activities from marketing, enquiry, site visit, tenancy administration to providing quality tenant services

• To maintain & establish good relationship with existing & potential clients and agents
• Explore, liaise and negotiate with potential clients, real estate agents and tenants
• Prepare leasing reports and analyze market trends
• Prepare leasing and marketing proposals
• Follow up and monitor repair and maintenance projects and assist on other property management matters as assigned
  
  

Requirement:

• Degree holders
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in property leasing (retails) and/or management
• Experience in tenancy management in residential and commercial property is preferable
• Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking and capable of working under pressure,
• Good numerical & analytical sense
• Familiar with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Photoshop
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
• Immediately available is preferred.
