Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team for daily operation matters;

• Handle and follow up sales orders;

• Ensure completeness and validity of customer’s orders, coordinating with various departments when required;

• Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required.

   

Requirements

• Diploma or above, with 1-2 years experience in retail or customer-oriented industries ;

• Good team player, positive-thinking, self-motivated and energetic;

• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

• Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Mandarin;

• Immediate available is an advantage.
