Responsibilities:

• Handle general customer enquiries and explain company’s products & services
• Oversee daily operations in branch
• Provide quality services to customers and satisfy their changing financial needs
• Promote general banking products to customers

Requirement:

• Degree holder with HKSI and IIQE qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience in banking or financial industry
• Handle customer's enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available preferred
