Responsibilities
- Solicit & retain clients with professional customer service skills and provide consultancy services
- Duty on non-office hours is required
- Answer inquiries and give sound advice to customers
Requirements- HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
- Minimum 5 year's relevant experience at similar position in Travel Agents
- Good PC literacy & knowledge of reservation & ticketing via Amadeus / Abacus
- Good communication skill and well-organised
- Mature, Aggressive, Independent, Service-oriented, Honest, Self-motivated & Detailed Mind
- Good in sales technique and customer-servicing skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Provide professional customer service on cruise/ leisure enquiry and bookings
- Less qualification & experience will be considered as Travel Consultant
- Shift duty is required
