    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identifying qualifying and quantifying all opportunities within the assigned territory and leading the sales effort.
    • Manages and develops relationships with major accounts at all levels.
    • Customer and partner visits and relationship development, implementation of account plans.
    • Development of business relationships with targeted new accounts and partners.
    • Delivers on-set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
    • Presentation of solutions and proposals both directly to end users and partners.
    • Involved in communication with customers and partners on product changes, product upgrades, product innovations, and general Gemalto policy changes.
    • Driving business development, both short and long term. In addition, provides feedback and marketing intelligence to product marketing team to ensure company’s products remain competitive in the market.
    • Drive demand generation with partners through appropriate channel and marketing support mechanisms.
    • Coordinate with SE regarding technical requirements for specific opportunities.
    • Participate and represent Gemalto at appropriate user conferences and trade shows.
    • Provides accurate and reliable sales forecast to the Sales Director.
    • Provides weekly reports on sales activities, presents quarterly territory plans and reviews.


    Qualification Requirements:

    • University degree in MIS, Computing or Marketing or similar subject.
    • Holder of CISSP preferably.
    • 7+ years of sales experience in selling IT solutions to large enterprise with at least 3 years at major account sales.
    • Sales experience in Hong Kong and Taiwan government, banking and enterprise major accounts
    • Proven track record in selling IT solutions and growing revenue.
    • Ability to develop and enhance customer relationship at all levels, and implement account plans.
    • Ability to communicate with senior management of very large enterprises for sales and business relationship building.
    • Ability to develop and enhance business relationships with all types of partners and manage partners to achieve desired results.
    • Good presentation skill, capable to articulate technical proposals to decision makers at both technical and business levels.
    • Good and interpersonal skills with self-motivated personality.
    • Willing to take challenging work.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin.
