Description:

• Ensure each flight is tailor-made to the clients’ needs and all customer requirements are captured
• Respond to sales enquiries received by telephone calls and/or emails
• Build-up, manage and maintain customer relations.
• Prepare for and participate in sales meeting with potential clients and follow up to ensure all appropriate information has been delivered
• Provide customer service support after office hours
• Provide administrative support to department

Requirments:

• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin are mandatory.
• Professional background in business aviation, luxury travel industry and/or luxury hotel business is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player spirit.
• High customer service orientation with cross cultural understanding.
• Able to work accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
• Pro-active and service driven attitude.
• Full understanding of the challenging environment of the luxury industry.
