- F.7 graduate or above
- Diploma holder in Logistics or related disciplines is a plus
- 5 - 7 years relevant experience in Customer Services in freight forwarding industry
- Responsible to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up sales orders, contact with customers & overseas agents
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Executive
