    Job Summary

    • Support Client services on verifications checks to meet Service Level Agreement & Accuracy
    • Ensure that all requests/checks are initiated correctly, accurately, and instigating timely follow ups, and uploading documentation relative to verification activity, into the system


    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct all employment, education and/or other information verifications or research on a timely manner via phone, e-mail, online searches and/or filed visits
    • Update online system with results and information in a timely and accurate manner in defined format
    • Liaise with clients/candidates/institutions for additional information and other queries. Follow up on possible issues
    • Compile interim and final screening reports
    • Report any adverse findings to Team Leader
    • Contribute with ideas and suggestions as to how to improve screening procedures
    • Any other duties that maybe assigned by the Team Leader


    KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/EXPERIENCE

    To qualify for this position, the following is required: Preferred degree holder in any discipline from a reputable University/College

    • 1-3 year working experience preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome
    • Fluent in written and spoken English
    • Call Center / Customer Service background is an advantage
    • Dynamic, responsible and mature with good Interpersonal  and communication skills
    • Highly analytical and with sound judgment and problem solving ability
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Computer literate with proficient Internet Research Skills
