Key Responsibilities

• Support frontline sales to serve our global forwarder customers in Asia and provide one point entry to Maersk Line; proactively understand the needs of customers and reflect it to KCM and team leader, propose and deliver the best solution to customers.
• Build/maintain good relationships with customers, CEN, region / cluster offices in Asia, destinations and GSC.
• Handle enquiries from customers and internal parties on rate, delivery space and schedule.
• Maintain internal systems such as MARS, Salesforce.com, GCSS, SCV, etc.
• Work closely with GSC to ensure proper filing of documents and data accuracy.
• Actively participate in team discussion and contribute suggestion for improvement.

Who we are looking for

• Holder of Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of working experience, preferably in shipping industry and/or in account servicing role.
• Self starter who can work independently as well as a good team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attentive to details and able to adhere to tight schedules.
• Fluent spoken and written English, fluent spoken Mandarin and written Chinese are preferred but not necessary.
• Good command in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
