Job Description:
- To work closely and report directly to the Vice President
- To set up a distribution channel network across South East Asia & China for our Children’s Consumer Electronic lines
- To maintain good channel partner relationships
- To formula sales & channel development strategies to achieve the sales targets
- To collect market intelligence including market research, sales product feedback, and channel coverage, competitors’ result.
- To develop & implement channel promotion program and collect sales results and feedback
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in toy electronics field
- Experience in selling brands to retailers and or distributor in Asia will definitely an advantage
- Experience in selling licensed consumer electronics for children will definitely an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
- Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, fast-learner and can work independently
- Proactive, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Regular travel to PRC and overseas when required
- Immediately available is highly preferred
