Reporting to the Finance Director (Integrated Product Division), the incumbent is responsible to recommend and implement processes to ensure a high level of internal control across different regional entities. He/she is also required to follow up various internal contacts to train and ensure that established procedures are being followed.

Major responsibilities are listed, but not limited to, as below: 

• Produce financial report analysis of all Integrated Product Division Asia locations and business unit monthly results and forecasts, which includes identifying problem areas and making recommendations for improvements
• Prepare and monitor spending analysis throughout the month
• Gain full understanding of SAP financial systems and BPC workflow for analysis preparation, also support to the plant financial teams as required
• Perform financial analysis as required by the Finance Director related to all financial statements and metrics, assist in reviewing plant financial forecasts, identify problem areas and make recommendations for improvements
• Support management on higher-level special analysis projects, including suggestions on what analysis is needed and the best format in which to present the information
• For acquisition targets perform due diligence as required by the Finance Director, including financial accounting system assessments, accuracy and reliability of accounting ledgers, local policy compliance. After acquisition, assisting to integrate into Molex, ensuring compliance with Molex Financial Policies, meeting financial reporting monthly deadlines and financial statement structures and analysis
• Establish any FI and compliance standard procedures as needed to roll out in IPD Asia locations
• Perform other related financial duties or special projects as assigned by the Finance Director
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business from a top-tier University, MBA a PLUS
• At least 10 years experiences gained from MNCs, with some managerial experiences a bonus
• At least 5 years of SAP system experience (both operation & process review experience)
• Regional exposure is required (e.g. Greater China and/or Asia)
• Strong system skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel to be able to create complex spreadsheets and piece together data from various systems quickly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and dedication needed to meet their deadlines
• Solid experience with SAP, BPC, BW, or Hyperion
• Willing to travel within the region and overseas periodically
