The Roles:

-          Ensure timely payments to suppliers and reimbursement of staff expenses (A/P)

-          Ensure customer receipts are recorded timely and prepare customers statements (A/R)

-          Assist in month end closing

-          Control the fixed asset register and the physical assets

-          Prepare balance sheet schedules

-          Assist in preparing annual audit schedules

-          Carry out internal control exercise for the Company

-          Assist in preparing company secretarial matters

-          Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast

-          Implement the Company’s financial policies and procedures

-          Carry out ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

-          Minimum 3-5 years relevant experiences, university degree with  accounting qualification is preferable (Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Accountant

-          Mature, detail minded, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure with tight reporting schedule

-          Computer literate, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, including SAP

-          Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

-          Willing to travel upon request
