Responsibilities

• Prepare and input journal vouchersinto SAP Business One
• Data input into SAP Business One on a daily basis
• Prepare payments via HSBCnet and keep track of all the bank account transactions;
• Safekeep and maintenance of Petty Cash;
• Filing of accounting documents;
• Any other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• LCC Higher or above / Diploma in Accounting;
• 1 to 2 years’ working experience in accounting field;
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Knowledge of SAP Business One is a definite advantage;
• Self-motivated, well-organised, attentive to details and strong sense of responsibility;
• This position is required to report directly to the our qualified Senior Accountant
