Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO to lead the team and provide value-added finance and accounting services;
• Manage finance and accounting function for group account, including prepare reporting package for parent Company, budgeting & forecasting, and financial reporting;
• Manage daily accounting operations and deal with matters on licensed corporations registered with SFC;
• Participate in ad-hoc enhancement projects in operation;
• Liaise with external auditors and tax representative for statutory reporting and taxation issues;
• Preparation for statutory audit and tax returns. 

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant and University graduate in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience;
• Financial reporting experience in listed Company is a must;
• Previous working experience / exposure in securities business is an advantage;
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Numerical sensitive and able to meet tight deadline;
• Immediate available is preferable;
