Responsibilities:

• Formulate, implement and review credit risk policies and guidelines to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk appetite of the Bank
• Identify gaps between the Bank, regulatory requirements and industry practices and make recommendation to policy enhancements
• Communicate to stakeholders and conduct training to implement credit policy issues.
• Develop, review and analyze policy and guideline exception
• Provide support for other credit-related assignments
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in credit risk policies
• In-depth understanding of credit policies, business rules and regulatory requirements in credit risk
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Conversant with MS Office applications
