    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare purchase orders and sales invoices
    • Monitor and upkeep the stock movement in the stock tracking system
    • Follow up the stock take checking and reconciliation
    • Perform ad-hoc project / task assigned
    • Provide general office administrative support


    Requirements:

    • Form 7 or above
    • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
    • Good command ofboth written and spoken English
    • Good in MS office and Excel
    • Basic understanding of accounting will be an advantage
    • Willing to learn,detail-oriented and responsible
