Job Requirement:

• Degree in accountant or finance, preferred with ACCA/HKICPA finalist
• 5 years experience in accounting or audit field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
• Well organized, independent, self-motivated with analytical mind
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Immediate available is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales invoices / Credit Notes Entries
• Arrange Accounts receivable settlements
• Purchase ledger transactions
• Arrange payments to suppliers
• Cashflow forecast by customers and suppliers details and monitor cash position of bank accounts
• Handle full set of accounts, financial accounting closing and annual audit
• Prepare working schedules for key P&L and Balance Sheet accounts
• Supervise accounting clerks to handle daily tasks related to finance and accounting (e.g. book keeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable)
• Perform any other duties as assigned

We offer 5 days work during non peak season and 5.5 days work with alternative Saturday off during peak season, 13 months’ salary and medical insurance to the right candidate.
