Responsibilities:

• Responsible for payroll calculation, compensation and benefits in compliance with Labour Law & co-ordination with shop managers about HR matters
• Handle benefits administration including provident fund contribution, attendance and leave management and medical administration.
• Independently handle enquiries on payroll calculation.
• Input and maintain employee records.
• Assist in preparation of timely and accurate finance & accounting journals for all payroll transactions.
• Participate in the development of new procedures and ad-hoc projects related to payroll and HR Operations

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related disciplines
• At least 2 years of solid human resources experience
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Be a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills including MS office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
• Immediately availability is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
