Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for WIFI rental order follow up, quotation, product information and other customer service
• Handling WIFI device maintenance daily
• Handling customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Recording and other administration supports
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the corporation
• Experienced candidate can apply for post of supervisor to lead the whole customer service team
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Extrovert and good at communication skills
• Positive thinking and self-motivated with strong sense of customer service mindset
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Well versed in iPad, Microsoft Word & Excel etc.
• Shift duty required
• Working on overnight shift when required
• Working experience in customer service & sales area is preferred but fresh graduated candidates are also welcomed comprehensive training is provided.
