Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with Consultants to conduct market research to understand the healthcare and/or consumer industries and the talent requirements of our clients which are multinational companies.  You will reach out to potential candidates to assess their strengths and needs and to identify a match between client and candidate.  Details about your role:

• Analyze and understand client requirements
• Work with the team to develop strategies and reach out to candidates
• Interact with and shortlist potential candidates either by telephone or face-to-face interviews
• Prepare candidate reports and progress reports
• Maintain a database of potential talents
• Develop relationships through discussions and social platforms to understand candidates’ career needs
• Network with candidates via web-based social recruitment platforms and channels
• Other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• University degree in Science or Business-related disciplines.  Recent graduates are welcomed to apply and will be considered for Associate position
  
• Good Chinese and English languages skills
  
• Proactive and assertive with good teamwork
• Strong communication skills
• Self-directed and detail-oriented
• Good analytical and problem solving ability
• Assertive with a “can do” attitude
