Duties

• Oversee Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, uniform administration, performance management and employee relations
• Provide Human Resources services to internal departments
• Preparation of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Formulate and execute various human resources initiatives to ensure overall company’s productivity and cost effectiveness (e.g. staff development program, human resources system revamp, etc.) and streamline/automate daily processes
• Successful candidate has the opportunity to be exposed to various aspects through job rotation in our advanced management training program

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable firm; a background from aviation industry or 24-hour shift operations is a definite advantage
• A proactive and self-driven team leader equipped with excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Solid knowledge in MS Office tools
• Meticulous, logical and analytical
• Strong mentality and able to deliver under high pressure
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered to take up less senior position
