Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and provide support to sales manager in order to achieve sales targets
• Provide sales administration support to sales team
• Prepare sales-related documents such as presentation materials, product information, quotation and agreements;
• Prepare marketing research and information to Sales team
• Coordinate sales activities internally and externally such as events, exhibitions, etc.
• Assist in project follow-up in order to make sure projects are on track
• Assist in building and expanding the business relationship with key business partners 

Requirements: 

• High Diploma or Degree holder in business, IT or related disciplines;
• At least 2 year  working experience, preferred in IT or related field;
• Good communication skill, fluent in Chinese and English (ILETS 6.5 or equivalent);
• Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing, hardworking, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Good team player and customer oriented
