Job Duties:

1.      Responsible for providing office / clerical support to the department

2.      Prepare regular reports 

3.      Communicate with internal and external parties

4.      Handle accident & injury cases

5.      Organize meeting with clients and take minutes

6.      Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1.         Diploma or above with minimum 3 years Admin working experience;

2.      Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing;

3.     Excellent command in written English

4.      Detail minded, self-motivated and well organized;

5.      Immediately available is preferred.
