Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR team
- Perform attendance administration
- Arrange interview and prepare related documents
- Administer insurance claims
- Handle documentation for staff movement
- Assist in preparing HR reports
- Support ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- F.7 / secretarial training / equivalent
- Some relevant experience will be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPiont
- Attention to details, well-organized and prudent
- Enjoy working in a sizable organization and dealing with different levels of people
- Above average command of written and spoken English and fluent Cantonese
