Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in full spectrum of HR functions in HK
• Responsible for preparing statistical analysis and management reports in monthly basis
• Providing strategic HR direction to the senior management team in HK
• Define and improve company HR policy and procedures
• To review monthly payroll of HK
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree or above in human resources management, business administration or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' solid experience in HR generalist, preferable in Retail industry and sizeable company
• Mature and good leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Labour Law and practices
• Good interpersonal skills to handle staff and management of HK
• With HRIS knowledge will be a definite advantage
• Willing to take up additional responsibilities
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
