Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of human resources function including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits and performance appraisal management
- Assist in implementing the HRIS System
- Formulate and review various HR & administrative policies, procedures and guidelines
- Organize staff recreation activities and company events
- Handle general office administration functions assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail/sourcing/buying industry is preferred
- Experience in using Flex HR System is an advantage
- Responsible, independent, detail-minded and self-motivated
- Proficient in using MS Office and Excel with excellent PC knowledge
- Strong proficiency of spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
