Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in human resources management
• At least 2 years relevant experience, preferable in transport industry
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Strong sense of responsibility & take initiative at work
• Multi-tasking, Detailed-minded and good communication skills
• Knowledge about Labour Ordinance, experience in handle EC cases will be an advantage
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Involve in full spectrum of HR & Administrative functions, including daily Office administration support and HR administration services; staff movement matters, recruitment and payroll calculations
• Responsible for maintaining leave and attendance record
• Provide support in various company events
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.)
