Responsibilities:

• Reporting to CEO in managing corporation’s day-to-day restaurant chain and bakery shops operations
• Leading his operation managers monitor the sales and service performance of various restaurants, bakery shops and central kitchen
• Executing the food & beverage related business diversification strategies to support the business growth of the Group
• Developing, establishing, and advancing a sound and highly-efficient management system to enhance operating efficiency of the Group

 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in management or related discipline
• At least 10 years of managerial experience of working in well-known food & beverage restaurant chain group
• Experience to manage the cafe or bakery section is an advantage
• Capable of incorporating modern management system to the corporation
• Possess strong communication skills and leadership skills in inspiring, leading and fostering the team, competent in judging as well as good sense and ability to innovate
• Good Command of both spoken and written English in a must
