Job Descriptions:
- Data input for accounting, payments, premium collection, policy and administration.
- Provide admin. support and receptionist duties.
- Process and maintain quality service on document scanning, imaging, dispatching and binding.
- Handle underwriting duties including insurance quotation, policy issuance & administration, etc.
- Handle phone calls and email enquires between the clients and insurers
Requirements:
- Holder of IIQE Paper I & II in General Insurance required.
- Matriculated or above.
- Min. two years' work experience in General Insurance is an advantage.
- Excellent telephone manner, customer oriented and willing to learn.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Must state current salary and expecting salary.
