Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the department in taking care of various clerical and general office administration duties
- Perform filing, record keeping and updating files
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above, with subjects including accounting and/or finance preferable
- Minimum 1 years' clerical working experience, preferably in banking industry
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive and helpful attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
