Responsibilities:

• Provide counter services during peak business hours and maintain our reputation for quality service
• Perform a variety of counter transactions and balance daily transactions
• Provide branch administrative support (voucher scanning, filing, arranging promotion items and etc.)

Requirements:

• Secondary Level with both fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
• A minimum of 1 year counter service in bank, preferable with account opening (personal and corporate accounts) skills and experience
• Pleasant personality and willing to deal with people
• Customer-oriented with sound communication and interpersonal skills
