Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Operational Risk Manager to develop, implement and enhance the Bank’s Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Program
- Assist business units in conducting risk and control assessment, and ensure that operational risk level of the Bank is properly identified, measured and assessed
- Assist Operational Risk Manager to develop policies and procedures related to operational risk assessment
- Advise business units on operational risks and control issues
- Review and assess adequacy of general operational risk control, make recommendations to enhance control and risk mitigation measures
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning, preferably in financial or banking industry
- Good understanding of risk and control assessment techniques and their applications
- In depth knowledge in various banking operation areas
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel applications, with knowledge in VBA an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
