Responsibilities

• To assist Department Head to oversee the department to provide full spectrum of HR functions including training and office administration works
• To review and ensure HR policies are align with the ordinance and related legislations
• To prepare periodical reports for management
• To handle office and retail shops' general insurance

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience especially in retail industry is preferable
• Well-verse of HK Labour Ordinance and related legislations
• Experience in conducting internal training or staff orientation is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

            (Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer - HR & Admin.)
