International Assignment Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of the International Relocation/Assignment service processes for corporate clients
• Be first point of contact for all relocation-related matters for assignees.
• Coordinating with various departments and vendors for delivery of all authorised services and ensuring client’s service specification is met with
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection, coordinating with accounting team
• Responsible for ensuring quality of service in accordance with service level agreements.
• Handle enquiries from corporate clients on latest rules and regulations and status on individual cases
• Proactively update relevant stakeholders on potential challenges and provide viable options of resolution
• Work at client’s office and carry out immigration service duties as deemed necessary. 
• Counsel assignees on relocation entitlements and conduct need assessment for relocation-related requirements including housing preferences, household goods movement, schooling requirements, language training needs etc.
• Coordinating with different parties for the timely submission of client-specific reports and ensuring accuracy.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

• Tertiary education (university degree preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous
• 3+ years’ relevant experience in client-service field.
• Experience handling relocation-related services in an in-house or vendor role preferred
• Customer-oriented with excellent listening and consultative skills
• Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft environment/Internet)
