    PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    Human Resources Business Partner

    • Be the trusted advisor and guardian of assigned businesses in the development of people related initiatives like HR strategies, organization development, change management, human capital assessment, succession planning etc.
    • Accountable for developing an in-depth understanding of the context, dynamics and future trends of the businesses and therefore to provide insights for business solution pertaining to human capital.
    • Facilitate the business leaders to drive building high performance team and culture through talent acquisition, development and retention. This will involve collaboration with teams working on HR functional excellence and HR shared services
    • Facilitate the deployment of an integrated set of tools and processes to facilitate effective management of high performance organization
    • Build and engage the team with Lbrands core values and culture through team building activities and associate engagement programs
    • Boost employee engagement and communication by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and structured communication cadence
    • Manage grievance and facilitate counselling / disciplinary discussions. Provide supports and coaching to associates and managers.

     

     

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience):

    • Degree holder in business management, human resources management or equivalent
    • 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources field and latest years should be acting as a HR Business Partner or similar roles;
    • Solid experience in leading HR initiatives with impact to the business;
    • Strong HR insights to influence the implementation of HR initiatives in a global matrix organization
    • Excellent communication, people interaction and influencing skills to work with all levels in an organization;
    • Competent in leading a high performing team and managing multi-function initiatives.
    • Occasional travel is required.
