Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Online Training Courseware Design
• Prepare Training Materials, Content Storyboard and Video Script
• Tailor e-learning Courseware Structure to meet Client's Requirement
• Monitor and Co-operate with Graphic and Programming Teams
• Open Mind Setting and deliver Creative Idea for Various Topics
• Understand Clients’ Requirements and Users’ Needs

Working Scopes:

• Consult with clients to develop and design programs and material.
• Design and develop course materials in a multimedia format.
• Work with subject matter experts and graphic designer on various project assignments.
• Reconstruct Content, enhance wording and provide creative input to learning and development projects.
• Analyze, design, and implement training programs.

Qualifications and Basic Requirement for Candidates:

• Degree in Education, Language, Communication or in Training related disciplines.
• Excellence communication skills, good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 1-year experience in designing and developing instructional materials.
• Excellent analytic, creative, organizational, facilitation, writing and interpersonal skills
• Exposure in educational sector will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent I.T. or Multimedia knowledge
• Talent for Language and Logical Thinking.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for a project Coordinator of course development..)
