- Provide assistance and administrative support in operation, activities and internal administration of the Company’s business centre/unit at where he/she is deployed.
- Is responsible for attending to the day-to-day operation and ensuring excellent clients’ relations and satisfaction.

岗位职责:- 商务中心行政客服部的日常运营和管理;
- 亲和力高,形象气质好。负责电话接听,接收客户来函,并及时予以回复,做好相关工作跟进、回访;
- 与客户之间保持良好的沟通、协作关系;做好关键客户的商务客户接待和服务;
- 熟悉公司服务设施的位置和行政商务经营特色,以及提供各类行政商务服务和物业收费;
- 完成客服经理、主管分配的各项工作,并对商务中心进行监督及有效管理,遇事及时知会相关部门;
- 熟悉各项业务,对客户的各项合理需求进行有效处理;
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in a foreign company, background.
- Customer service orientation, excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate in perfect Chinese and English, both verbally and writing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Confident, independent, resourceful and highly motivated with a good health.
- Coachable, willing to learn and a team player.
- 大专以上学历;
- 英文听说读写能力熟练,英语不熟练者勿投;
- 具有五星级酒店行政商务服务或客服接待工作经验者优先;
- 熟练操作计算机,能自如使用办公软件;
- 具有责任心和团队意识,良好的沟通协调及独立管理能力;
- 工作认真仔细,有耐心,具有亲和力。
- 外形良好,体貌端庄。
