    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide seamless customer service to our members
    • Handle customer enquiries including inbound and outbound calls, and e-mail communications professionally and resolve any service issues in a timely manner
    • Support administrative & coordination work as well as assigned projects
    • Prepare work related reports and data entry work

     

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or above with at least 1-2 years of working experience in administrative / customer service field
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
    • Pleasant personality & patient attitude, good telephone manner together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST
    • Responsible, well-organized, self-initiated, well-groomed, customer services oriented and able to prioritize
    • Strong sense of team spirit
