Job duties:

• Manage and maintain the full spectrum of office services including office administration, procurement, renovation, workplace planning, repair and maintenance, safety measures and security services
• Supervise Administration Assistants and Office Attendants in the department
• Coordinate all events and activities in the office
• Monitor performance of suppliers and service vendors
• Execute any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in administration management
• Minimum 5 years relevant administrative & facility management experience with exposure in renovation/improvement projects
• Relevant experience gained from sizable or multinational companies
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, well organized with high level of integrity
• A team player with positive and proactive attitude
• Immediate availability is preferred
