Responsibilities:

Ÿ             Identify training needs and prepare the training plan & curriculum that can achieve company objectives

Ÿ             Design, organize, deliver and evaluate the training programs which mainly focus on product knowledge, customer service, selling skills and supervisory training

Ÿ             Assist store to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Ÿ             Develop and support the training activities for new store opening in other markets

Ÿ             Monitor administration team and ensure the procedures are properly followed

Ÿ             Identify, assess and organize training program from external training consultants

Ÿ             Prepare ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Ÿ             Degree holder of Training, Human Resources or related disciplines

Ÿ             At least 5 years relevant experiences in Retail / FMCG industry, with PRC experience is a plus

Ÿ             Hands-on experience in training program design, delivery and planning

Ÿ             Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is MUST

Ÿ             A good team player with good presentation and communication skills

Ÿ             Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
