The incumbent will be assigned to work within our branch network to provide a variety of customer services to customers. Structured training will be provided before commencement of job and progressive career opportunities will also be available to talented employees.

Responsibilities:

• Promote all banking products and services to customers proactively
• Responsible for account openings and handling customers inquiries and complaints
• Provide quality service to customers to maintain our high reputation

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
• Willing to deal with people, customer-oriented with sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year's working experience in retail servicing industry
• Candidates with IIQE and/or HKSI qualifications and possess elementary knowledge of the retail banking products is an advantage
