Responsibilities:

• Supervise the HR team
• Handle all HR matters, like staff recruitment, staff training, maintaining staff records, etc.
• Prepare monthly payrolls, yearly tax returns
• Set up / Maintain staff manual and regulations as well as company policies and procedures
• Co-ordinate with Labour Department relating to staff matters

Requirements:

• Preferably Degree / Diploma holder in relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related area, preferably in F&B fields
• Must familiar with Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical mind and sensitive to figures is an advantage
• Good organizational skill, interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word & Excel
