Responsibilities:

• To handle customer complaints and compliments
• To liaise with internal departments for complaint investigation and compile complaint reports for Management's review

Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in complaint handling, relevant experience in beauty / retail industry is preferred
• Patient, customer-oriented, good communication and negotiation skills, work under pressure
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
