Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing secretarial support to Operation Department
• To be the ISO coordinator for the department to ensure the implementation of company policy as well as to conduct internal audits if required
• Assist in market research, preparation of the reports and routine operation duties
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines, graduates from Tourism Management, Language Studies or Translation are most welcomed
• With at least 1-year working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS Office
• Analytical and meticulous, able to work in a challenging environment and under pressure
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
