Duties
- Handle verbal valuations in our Mortgage Valuation Section
- Establish good business relationship with clients
- Conduct on-site inspection of properties
- Preparation of valuation reports
- Occasional travelling outside Hong Kong may be required
Requirements
- Relevant working experience preferred
- Good communications skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Energetic, self-motivated and initiative
- Have good analytical mind
